La estratosférica cifra que cobra Kim Kardashian por promocionar un producto en Instagram

Hace rato que las redes sociales son utilizadas para mucho más que compartir imágenes entre un grupo de amigos. Ya que dependiendo del número de seguidores que tengas, por ejemplo, en Instagram, tus ingresos podrían aumentar considerablemente.

Es lo que actualmente se denomina ‘influencers’, personas que tienen atractivos perfiles en redes sociales, con una gran base de fanáticos que siguen todos sus pasos y que son aprovechados por las marcas para llegar a públicos específicos dada su interacción en ese ámbito.

Una de las influencers por excelencia en el mundo es la celebridad Kim Kardashian, quien posee más de 114 millones de seguidores en esta plataforma, y que por lo mismo la hacen uno de los rostros más apetecidos por las grandes marcas.

En este contexto, la empresaria de 37 años que mantiene un patrimonio de más de 300 millones de dólares, ha sabido sacar provecho a su fama en redes sociales, y de acuerdo al portal Stat News, la estrella de reality show cobra 500 mil dólares por promocionar una marca, es decir, más de 326 millones de pesos chilenos“.

Ahora bien, no basta con que Kim comparta solo una foto posando con algún producto, sino que también debe acompañar un texto donde cuente su experiencia con la marca y la recomiende.

Un ejemplo que entregó el portal, fue cuando un laboratorio pagó esta suma de dinero para que la mujer promocionara una píldora anti-náuseas durante el embarazo, llamada Diclegis.

En este caso, los registros que debía compartir, incluían una foto de la empresaria junto a la marca (o al medicamento) y una descripción que incluyera su testimonio, la descripción del producto y advertencias médicas.

Tras este acuerdo, y según un reporte de la compañía de investigación de mercado IQVIA, Diclegis aumentó sus ventas en un 21% obteniendo más de $41 millones solo en ganancias.
